Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment to understand the patient's current physical condition, medical history and performance goals. It includes Subjective Assessment, where we want to find out the lifestyle factors such as work, sport, and presenting problem (pain, injury). Also, it includes Objective Assessment, which consists of a physical examination which will help us diagnose the problem that needs to be fixed and the injury. Once we identified contributing factors to injury, we explained the findings, clarified the severity and created a personalised treatment plan for the patient, which is related to the patient's end goal.

Posture Analysis Assessment

Postural Analysis is a detailed assessment used to evaluate the alignment and balance of the body in the standing position. The therapy allows for the identification of muscular imbalances, joint restrictions, and postural deviations, which may contribute to pain and injury. The goal of the treatment is to correct poor postural habits, identify muscular imbalances such as tightness, weakness, and assess joint alignment and symmetry. Postural Analysis is recommended for everyone, but mainly for athletes seeking performance enhancement and office workers.
