Booking Policy

When you book an appointment, you are holding a valuable space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. To be respectful of everyone, we require all patients to follow this policy without exception. If you know you will be unable to attend your appointment, please notify our clinic as soon as possible. I will be happy to assist you.

A deposit of £15 is required for all bookings once the appointment is confirmed. This is taken off the final amount on the day of the appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours)

A deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
